Privacy Policy

• Account details: your name, email address, and optional profile picture.
• Media you upload: reference images and video clips you choose to upload.
• Usage data: session times, duration, and credits used.
• Payment records: amount, date, payment reference, and the name on the bank account you paid from. We never ask for your card or bank login details.

To run your account, process your video sessions, keep your credit balance accurate, provide support, and prevent fraud and abuse.

Live camera video is streamed to our AI processing provider only while a session is active, to generate your output. We do not record or store live camera sessions.

Uploaded media is stored in private storage that only your account can access, and is served through short-lived secure links. Data is encrypted in transit. Access to your data is restricted at the database level to your own account.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us operate ELITEBQ, such as our hosting and database provider, and our AI video processing provider, and only as needed to provide the service, or when required by law.

You can update your profile at any time in Settings. You may request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account and media by emailing our support team via the contact page. We handle requests in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.

We keep your account data while your account is active. Payment records are kept as required for accounting and legal purposes.
