Refund Policy

If you have not used any of the credits from a purchase, you can request a full refund within 7 days of buying them.

If you have used some credits from a purchase, you can request a refund of the unused portion within 7 days, calculated at the per-minute price you paid.

If a session failed because of a problem on our side, we will restore the credits used during that session. Contact us with the session number shown in your Sessions page.

• Credits used in sessions that worked normally.
• Requests made more than 7 days after purchase.
• Accounts suspended for breaking our Terms of Service.

Email our support team via the contact page from your account email with your payment reference. Approved refunds are sent by bank transfer to the account you paid from, usually within 5 working days.
