Terms of Service

ELITEBQ ("we") is a web-based tool that applies real-time AI visual effects to video from your camera or an uploaded clip, guided by a reference image you provide.

You must be at least 18 years old to use ELITEBQ. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity on your account.

ELITEBQ is paid for with prepaid credits. Credits are used per second of live processing at the rate shown in the studio. Prices are shown in Nigerian Naira (₦). You pay by bank transfer to the account shown in your wallet; credits are added once we confirm your payment, usually within minutes during the day.

Credits are added to your account automatically once payment is confirmed. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

You may only upload reference images and video that you own or have permission to use. You must not use ELITEBQ to:

• impersonate a real person without their consent, or deceive anyone about who they are dealing with;
• commit fraud, scams, harassment, or any illegal activity;
• create sexual content involving minors, or intimate content of anyone without their consent;
• infringe anyone's copyright, privacy, or image rights.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, without refund of unused credits.

Video processing is performed by third-party AI providers on our behalf. Your use of ELITEBQ is also subject to their acceptable use policies, which these terms incorporate.

We aim to keep ELITEBQ available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Output quality depends on your camera, lighting, internet connection, and reference image.

ELITEBQ is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

We may update these terms. If we make significant changes we will notify you by email or in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
